COTERIE unveil ‘Salvation’ music video

COTERIE continue their string of emotionally charged music videos with the visual for their latest single Salvation. Directed by Maddy King, the music video weaves through an array of narratives; with each echoing the sentiment that we all need saving in times of melancholy and defeat. 

Director Maddy King says, “I wanted to show that everyone encounters dark times in their life. Hardship, loneliness & sorrow will forever be an inescapable feature of the human condition. The video had to touch on universally relatable emotions, we’re all equal and sometimes we all need saving.”

With the deep and relieving voice of lead singer Tyler guiding the visuals shot in Sydney, Perth and Queenstown, open wounds sting less, and the cinematic musical and visual elements threaded beside one another have inexplicable healing properties.
