Kira Puru releases single ‘Idiot’

Kira Puru won’t let cancelled and postponed appearances dim her spotlight as she releases her latest single Idiot. Over a chirpy, exuberant beat, Puru sings about the insatiable appetite for running back to a dangerously lethal relationship. 

“Idiot is about being powerless in your attachment to someone, indulging compulsive and destructive habits, feeling frustrated. It’s about being in love even when you don’t want to be,” says Kira of the track.

On Idiot, Puru radiates confidence in her vulnerability with her assertive vocal and unabashed self-awareness. The new single is paired with a kaleidoscopic animated video created on MS Paint by Kira’s friend, emerging artist Celine Dore.
